Hotel Aka Washington Circle

The room at One Washington Circle was so spacious and had a beautiful city view from the balcony, which made me feel like I was truly part of the city. As a guest with disabilities, having a full kitchen in the suite was incredibly convenient and made me feel right at home.

I personally found the flat-screen TV a bit too small for my liking. But I know that's just my preference, and others may not mind it at all.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the excellent location close to tourist places, restaurants, and the metro station. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The rooms were spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. Perfect for those on a budget without compromising quality.

Cosy place, it was clean and had competent staff on the reception desk. The room was huge and bright with balcony, washing machine, for instance, met what was needed.

In the sprawling suite, the spacious sitting area felt like a separate kingdom, and the plush king bed was a throne fit for royalty. The state-of-the-art entertainment system was my loyal court jester, and the fully equipped kitchen was my trusty squire, fulfilling my culinary desires with ease.

The restaurant was pleasant for dinner on weekends, we ordered amazing dishes. It was impressive with fairly clean bathroom.

We had an excellent stay at One Washington Circle-A Modus Hotel. The staff were accommodating and didn't charge us for the roll-a-way bed. They even provided extra waters and a cart for our grocery shopping at no charge. Our suite was spacious and had a full kitchen and table, great for our family of 5. The king size bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the park. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. Despite a few drawbacks such as the dated appearance of the hotel and lack of cleanliness in some areas, overall I would still highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities.

The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Additionally, the hotel offers a kitchenette in some rooms, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The lobby also has a happy hour with free wine from 5-6pm, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The noise from the busy streets and ambulances outside can be disruptive to sleep.

Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and immaculate room. The staff there were pleasant and welcoming. Magnificent and unbeatable location near Ascension Sculpture.

We had a great stay at this hotel, with a spacious room and convenient kitchenette. While the windows could be more soundproof, the comfortable bed made up for any street noise. The walk-in closet was a bonus. we would recommend this hotel for its value and location.

I recently stayed at One Washington Circle for a family trip. The spacious suites with balconies were perfect for our needs. We enjoyed dining in the bistro downstairs, where we had a delicious meal combined with a swim on the terrace. The live jazz duo added a fantastic touch to our evening. The bistro menu had something for everyone, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating. The location was very convenient, with everything we needed just a block or two away.

A bit tired hotel, yet it has very good staff and location. The restaurant serves excellent local food.

We had a lovely stay at this venue. The location was excellent as it was near neighborhoods that were great for strolling around. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were quite attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, balcony, sitting area. The television in the room had plenty of channels, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, as was the staff who understand the meaning of hospitality.

We recommend this hotel to anyone.

Noisy because of the ambulance sirens due to the proximity of the GWU hospital... The coffee at the Circle Bistro isn't great.

perfect location of the hotel. Walking distance to Georgetown, subway and main monuments. Excellent reception. very large and clean room with balcony and kitchen. value for money seems excellent.

The size of the bathroom is well below the size of the rest of the room. A very average bath/shower.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially with our large family. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the kids had a blast at the Smithsonian museums and the National Zoo, which are just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

My wife says that having a dedicated play area for young children within the hotel premises would have been a great convenience.

The room had a "kitchen area" with a refrigerator, microwave and kettle, but there were no plates, cutlery (except for coffee spoons) or other kitchen utensils

The room was big and comfortable, as you can see in the pictures. The room's curtain holder was broken, so I couldn't go upstairs. The kitchen is complete and more items can be ordered if needed.

although it is in a very nice area, near the subway and a supermarket, opposite there is a hospital that receives ambulances all day long that arrive with their sirens causing very intense noises . The signal of the cable of the tv was cut interrupting the transmission. . The heating and air conditioning system was extremely noisy.

When I checked in at the hotel, they asked me for my credit card and they charged me 100 dollars as a guarantee in case there was any extra consumption, which there was not and they confirmed it at my check out, they assured me that they would soon credit my card again, this was on January 4th and to this date it still appears on my credit card.

I thought it was a studio, but it was actually a room with a small kitchen and a little balcony. There was no living room as you could see in the pictures.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with balconies and convenient kitchen facilities. Great location within walking distance of Georgetown and the Mall, and just a 5-minute walk to the Foggy Bottom Metro Station.

Some rooms can be noisy due to traffic on and around Washington Circle, so bring ear plugs if you're noise sensitive. The cocktails at the Circle Bar were not up to par, so you might want to try other places for better drinks.

The location is interesting but only if you use public transport. The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is equipped at least but allows you to take meals on the spot.

There is probably a home fragrance that is not necessary and which has caused us to have an allergy. Slightly old-fashioned aspect but compensated by the space

Perhaps parking could be more affordable, being outdoors and unguarded. The kitchen of the rooms is a little old.

The decoration in the hotel's lobby and common areas was charming and elegant, with comfortable seating that was perfect for a rest after a day of sightseeing. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious elevators and well-marked, easy-to-navigate hallways and public areas. The children of the staff were very attentive and always ready to assist, making me feel welcomed and comfortable during my stay.

A better vacation for senior people would be enhanced with more grab bars and non-slip mats in the bathrooms for added safety.

This hotel offers a prime location close to many neighborhoods that are pleasant to walk, including Georgetown which has an array of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. It is also conveniently located near the Foggy Bottom metro, allowing guests to travel easily throughout the city. Within walking distance of most conveniences, the rooms are spacious with walk-in closets, real kitchens, and plenty of nice towels. Guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee in the room and free wine during happy hour.

Some guests may find the furniture in the living area to be uncomfortable and outdated, which can detract from the overall experience.

The beds were comfortable and clean, made for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was really convenient as it was within walking distance of all the attractions I wanted to see. I didn't have to worry about taking public transportation or driving around the city.

I keep coming back for weekend. First stay, staff gave best local taxi tip. Free Wi-Fi, Restaurant, Gym, and Pet-friendly. Great pool, AC, and lounge. Perfect place, no regrets.
